Grafikas.lt is an online booking system that allows businesses to accept client registrations online. By using the system, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

A reservation is a request, not a guarantee. The business has the right to confirm or decline a reservation. Once confirmed, the reservation becomes a mutual commitment.

The client can cancel a reservation at any time before the scheduled time via reservation lookup or by contacting the business directly.

3. User responsibility

Users commit to providing accurate contact information. Incorrect data may be grounds for cancelling a reservation.

4. Service limitations

Grafikas.lt is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the business. Our system only helps organize registrations.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will inform about significant changes within the system.
